# Plans and limits

> Starter, Pro, Enterprise — features, prices, and limits.

Relnx offers three plans. All prices in USD.

## Notes

* **Followed tools cap**: enforced both in the UI and at the database level
  (you literally can't exceed it). Unfollow any tool to free a slot.
* **Email notifications**: included on every plan. Opt out per account or per
  tool — see [Set up email notifications](../how-to/set-up-email-notifications).
* **Slack notifications**: Enterprise only. Includes the `/relnx status` slash
  command and interactive Acknowledge / Snooze buttons.
* **Organisations**: only Enterprise can create one. Each Enterprise account
  may own a single organisation.
* **Custom tools (bring your own)**: Enterprise only. Add your own
  open-source or internal tools and have Relnx track their releases the same
  way it tracks the public catalogue. See

## Enterprise trial

Signing up with an **organization (team) account** starts a **14-day Enterprise
trial** — the full Enterprise feature set, no card required up front. It can
only be started once per account and reverts to **Starter** when the 14 days
end unless you upgrade.

## Upgrading and downgrading

* **Upgrade**: Settings → Billing → Upgrade. Stripe handles the checkout; new
  capabilities are available immediately.
* **Downgrade**: takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If
  you downgrade past the followed-tools limit, the oldest follows beyond the
  new cap are unfollowed automatically.
